Pomegranate’s November 2017 lineup at House No 248 Goa!

Pomegranate presents an array of exciting workshops to experience the arts in their myriad forms for age groups ranging from 7 years onwards to adults!

Faculty

RohitTandon holds a BSc in Interaction Design from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver Canada. His design career began in Vancouver working for web advertising giant “Blast Radius”. After working with brands such as Nike, Starbucks, Microsoft and Electronic Arts, Rohit eventually made the move to a mobile gaming startup “A Thinking Ape”, where he designed addictive social games. Since then Rohit has worked with tech startups in Canada, Spain, London and India. With a love for technology, Rohit can be found designing, producing music, dabbling in photography and making short movies.

Faculty

NimmyJoshi hails from Orissa. She has a degree in Architecture from VNIT, Nagpur and has designed and built several homes and vernacular structures in and around Bangalore. Trained extensively in ceramics with Thomas Louis, Banana Pottery, she now works by herself making miniatures and spends her free time on the beaches of Goa.

Explore the magnificence of Indian Art!

Faculty

Kheyali Vaze holds an M.A in History of Art from the National Museum Institute of History of Art, Conservation and Museology, New Delhi. She has worked with different art and education organisations on various projects. Currently, she manages operations for Goa for the Pomegranate Workshop. Art and history has always fascinated her andshe loves travelling and exploring the rich culture and heritage of different societies. She plans to help conserve and protect this invaluable inheritance from disappearing in whatever way she can.

Siddharth Gosavi has a Masters in Fine Art from Hyderabad Central University. He has won several National and State awards for fine art and print making and has exhibited at various exhibitions including Lalit Kala Academy, Cymroza Mumbai, Consul General of Portugal at Goa, Arushi New Delhi and the Kochi MuzurisBienaela among several others.
